How do I call a Compiled Help file within Access - Non Context Se.

I have a compiled Help file that I created with MS HTML Help Workshop. How do
I call this file from within Access. This is not a Context Sensitive Help
File. I want it to function much like a standard Windows Help System. I could
use this as a stand alone file but I would rather call it from Access. I have
included a TOC and an Index.

to work for a test.
