how do I / can I synchronise my desktop Outlook with Laptop Outloo

I have MS Outlook 2003 on my laptop and desktop. Is there a way that I can
synchronise the folders between the two PC's? I have a simple home network
through which both computers access the net and I can share files between the
two computers.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Andreas,
I've loaded the freeware version as per instructions, but it can't access
the laptop to synchronise (even after following all the instructions for
locating the relevant storage area - which the system seems to be able to
find.)
