How do I capture my published website back onto my PC

My Frontpage Web was corrupted (?) on my local PC, so I deleted it and am
trying to capture/download it from the webserver back to my PC. I
transferred all the files using the ftp server from my web server / host back
to my PC, but Front Page does not recognize the files on my PC as a web,
saying "spcycling/index.htm does not refer to a page or folder in this web.
It may be a page or folder in a subweb, or it could be a badly formed URL."

If I try to access the website from the webhost and publish it back to my
PC, I get an error message saying "Unable to create a disk-based web at
C:\FrontPage Webs\Content\spcycling because its parent web would not be a
disk-based web. Create the disk-based web elsewhere, outside of your web
server's document hierarchy."

How can I get my webpage back to my PC so I can edit it and publish it to
the web? Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Create your new disc based web in a top level folder w/o spaces in the file name
- Say C:\spcycling
The If your host has the FP SE installed on your online web
Open the online site in FP (File Open site http://yoursitename.com/) and publish to the new disc based web at C:\spcycling

Thanks, Stepan -- that worked! However, now the links appear to be messed
up. When I click on any page of the web published to my PC (from the
navigation view) I get an error such as "There is no page with URL
SpanishPeaksCy/index.htm in this web." Do I have to rebuild the navigation?
It looks like it is built in the navigation view, but the link bar (home and
child levels) will not show.

Must I completely rebuild this web now? What is the best way to do so?
