How do I capture streaming media?

How do I capture streaming media using ON 2007? I'm watching the replay of a
webinar, and I'd like to add part of the audio and a few the presentation
slides to my notebook. Thanks in advance!

There are a few kludges you could try for the audio - get a cable with 2.5mm
plugs on each end and run it from the headphone jack to the mic jack on your
computer and then record the audio from there.

The slides you could get by screen grabbing them with Windows Key + S and
pasting them onto your slide.

Yeah, it's a workaround but the best we have for the moment.
