How do I categorize a report with search box once open

Hi I was wondering how do I make a report that when you open it have a search
box for me to go a specific data instead of going through page by page.

The standard solution is to filter the data prior to opening the report. I am
not aware of the ability to search data in a report other than to render the
report to a pdf file.
