How do I center a document horizontally on the page in Word?

I see no option to do this in Word as you can in Excel. If the left and
right margin on a Word document are the same, when the document is printed,
the margin on the left is smaller than the margin on the right.

Possibly a Page setup slip up or a printer driver issue. First check all the
settings in Page Setup to make sure that L & R margins are identical and
that there is no gutter set. If these are definitely OK, check the paragraph
formatting and make sure that the indents (both left and right) are set to
0. If it is none of these setting, then how does Print Preview look? If
Print Preview is OK, it may be the printer driver. Try deleting and
reinstalling the driver. Make sure you have the latest driver first.

Good point: sometimes the simplest solutions get overlooked!

:I would be inclined to suggest a paper feed issue.
