How do I center a picture on a round label?

I am trying to make some kid stickers & can't figure out how to center the
clipart picture in the middle of the round label! I firgured out how to
center it horizontally, but not vertically. Can someone please help me?

If the labels are set up as a table (as most labels are) you use the table's
Vertical Alignment setting. By default, though, most labels are already
vertically centered.
