How do I center my names and addresses in labels?

I am printing labels using the tempate that corresponds with Avery 8160.
However, my names and addresses are not centered and too far to the left. I
cannot find out how to reposition them in the center of the labels.

Create the labels as a page. Labels in Word are done with tables. Select the
entire table and center. (You can also use the Tables and Borders toolbar to
