How do I center text on a filing label?

I am using filing labels and I would like to center the text on each label.
How do I do this?

By default, Word aligns single labels horizontally to the left and
vertically centered. To use any other alignment, instead of clicking the
Print button in the label dialog, click New Document. If you don't see the
boundaries of the table containing label-sized cells, click Table > Show
Gridlines.

Now select the whole table, right-click somewhere in it, hover over the Cell
Alignment menu item until the submenu appears, and choose the icon that's
centered in both directions.

Or press Ctrl+E in the text, or right-click and choose Paragraph, then
Centered.
