How do I change a 2 pg print doc to a web page?

Pat

I am taking our school newsletter and posting it on the school website. When
I try to change the pub doc to a webpage it appears to only save the first
page and there is no access to the second page. You can look at the
newsletter at wccsevv.org/ScoopNov112006.hmtl if that helps.

Can anyone provide help on how to get the second page to appear?

Thanks for responding JoAnn. How do I change it to one long page in Pub
before I save it as a webpage?

You need one long page with all of the information or two separate webpages,
which would not be my choice.

You have to create a navigation system between pages. Reference: Convert
Your Publisher Newsletter for Use on the Web:

Your link does not work, and when I did find your website, noticed that it
uses framing, which creates problems for Publisher web pages if you use
relative links. You will need to write absolute links between the pages.

You would probably be better off if you convert it to a PDF file, as you are
likely to find a number of print document formatting techniques and the
width, not convert well to HTML. You can use pimopdf to create the pdf
file...a freebie at www.primopdf.com .

Including external files in a Publisher web:

I agree with David that .pdfs are preferable but if you want one page, start
a blank webpage and copy and paste your content in.
