How do I change a PNG file to a JPEG file?

Could someone please help me, I am trying to add pictures to my website but
it only accepts JPEG, GIF and some other named file (cant remeber which) but
some of my files are PNG (for some reason, maybe its where I have copied some
of my pictures from my other sites onto my hard drive it has saved as PNG, u
reckon?) Anyway, Please Help!!
