how do I change a pub file so i can read it

I just got a new computer and several of my business cards and certificates I
saved are in Pub files and I cannot open them. How do I convert them? Can
someone help??? please!!

Have you installed the Publisher application? Are you getting an error? What
does the error say when you click details?
