How do I change a the template that a drawing is based on?

I created a drawing using a cross-functional flowchart. Now I've decided to
not use the swimlanes. When I open the drawing it wants to put them back in
and asks me how many I'd like to add. How can I change the template that the
drawing is based on to a basic flowchart? I've tried just opening the
stencil, but there seems to be no way to change the original template. HELP!

Can you just copy the flowchart shapes into a Basic Flowchart template? I
think this should work for you....

OR remove the persistent events that are causing the addon to fire.
You would need to install Visio SDK for this.
