How do I change a time such as 1:15 to all minutes such as 75?

I want to know how to change a standard time cell to all minutes?
example: 1:15 - 75

in g3 enter the formula

=F3
Then
Format|Cells|
Select Custom
enter a cutom formula of [mm]
Click ok

Or

enter the formula in g3
=F3*1440
This time format the cell as general
