How do I change a Visio drawing from A4 to A3?

I have created a drawing on an A4 sheet in Visio 2000. This prints OK, but
when trying to scale the drawing up to A3 for printing, it doesn't work (it
still sizes the drawing as A4 and prints it in the bottom left corner). Any
ideas?

Visio has separate definitions for the printer paper and the drawing
page.
Make sure that both are set to A3.
