How do I change a Word 8 1/2" x11" 2 fold template into 11x14 4 fo

I would like to convert the "Adventure Works" brochure Word template 8 1/2"
x 11" 2 into a larger Word or Publisher 8 1/2 x 14" 4 fold brochure template.

The unique challange (and reason for larger size paper) is that this is a
Bi-lingual brochure for a non-profit health services state wide community
health organization.
The layout is: (Side 1) 3 panels English + 1 panel English Cover Page AND
(Side 2)3 panels Spanish + 1 panel Spanish Cover Page.

Due to the fact there is so much "text", the Word "adventure works" design
works well for me. However I am OPEN to any other template suggestions for a
BiLingual 11x14 4panel Brochure. d

Page layout is so much easier in Publisher. All the text can be imported from
Word. Publisher 2003 will automatically re-size a template to legal when you do
a page setup. All the objects from the Word brochure for the most part can be
copied.
