How do I change Access' default export type to Excel?

I export a lot of queries to Excel as reports for my users. Does anyone know
how to set the default export parameter to Excel instead of Access? Access
200 used to do this automatically. Once I exported the first query, each
subsequent export would default to the last export format selected for that
database session. Once I closed the database, I'd have to do it again, but
that's not as bad as having to change the file type to Excel each time I
export.
