How do I change advanced picture layout defaults?

I would like to change the advanced layout defaults to turn off Move Object
With Text and change picture placement to Centered Relative to Page for each
picture I insert. Is there a way to set these as the defaults? Set
AutoShape Default does not maintain these items for picture insertion.

No, unfortunately there's not. But you could record a macro while selecting
these options and run it whenever you need them?
