How do I change back the foreground color in Outlook 2003?

I have Office 2003 installed. At first the looks of my outlook 2003 was the
new color (blue). All of a sudden, one day it changed (the colors and styles)
back to how outlook 2002 looked, all grayish color. I have tried to run a
repair and even reinstalled Office 2003. How can I have my Outlook 2003 user
interface back to the original new look?
