how do I change calendar time scale to 8 minutes

I run a golf course and we are all networked and share common calendars. We
would like to setup one caledar for tee time reservations and we would like
to customize one of the public calendars to display time scales of 6 mins
(which we can already) and 8 mins. Can anyone tell me how we can do this or
are we stuck with the default time scales?
