How do I change Codepage in Project Server and/or Project?

What is a Codepage and how do I change it?

I'm setting up Project Server in my company. The setiup seems to have been
ok. When I start Project I can get the logon page for Project Server but
then I get the follwoing error:

Incompatible Codepages

The Project Server is using Codepage 1251 (ANSI - Latin 1)
Your computer is using Codepage 874 (ANSI/OEM - Thai)

Clicking Ok takes me to the Account selection screen but when I choose the
correct account it just comes back to the same error message....a never
ending loop.

Any advice would be apreciated.

Set your computer locale information to match the server. Alternately, you
can install additional language support on Project Server.
