How do I change default font?

I can't work out how I change the default font - I used to have Arial 10pt as the default but have lost that when upgrading to the latest version of word for mac... and I cannot for the life of me work out how to reset it.

Help please!

Click on Format>Font, select Arial 10pt from the different lists and then
click on the Default button in the lower left corner.
