How do I change default startup view to filmstrip in Picture Manag

I work for a school district and I am setting up a lab of computers to be
used by elementary students. The Teacher has asked if I can change the
default startup view to filmstrip. I have searched numerous resources and
have found no help. Are there startup switches I can use for this program,
'OIS.exe', to accomplish this?
