How do I change dimensions for Filofax #106 Phone Directory Style

I'm using a Filofax Ref. #930200 and I would like to format and print my
contacts on the preformatted paper I purchased to fit in the filofax. This
paper fits 3 columns on landscape paper.

The style for the filofax #106 has the correct dimensions, but when I try to
proceed, it tells me the number of columns will not fit on the page.

What am I doing wrong?
