How do I change Exchange password

I am using Outlook 2003 on XP Home. I work from home. My company uses an
Exhange mail server.

Question: is it possible for me to change my own Exchange/email password?

I remember doing this at my old job albeit with an Outlook 2000/Win 2k
system. I can't seem to find an obvious way and Online Help and even a quick
scan of the forum didn't yield any answer.
