How do I change font color to red for the to & Subject line

How do I change the font color to red for the entire To & Subject line in
important e-mails in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

Example To: John Doe Subject: Emergency Meeting (would all appear red)

Also can this also be done in Microsoft Outlook Express? If so how is this
done?

You can't. They're plain text fields.

important e-mails in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

For important emails, click the red exclamation mark in the toolbar to
signify high importance.
