how do i change font in Project?

When I use 'format_text style' to change 'All' items to 10 pitch, this is
retained only whilst in the open project - EVEN if I save as global template.

What am I doing wrong?

And how do I change the default font for Task Notes?

Hi Ian,

The Format > Text Styles command formats text in a specific view but does
not affect other views. You would need to change the formats in the views
and then copy the modified views back to Global.MPT.
