How do I change fonts in my labels sheet?

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel

I created a sheet of labels with my name, address etc. Of course it's the same label on the entire page which consists of three columns and three rows. I used the Data Merge Manager when I created this sheet and now I want to just change the font on my name which according to the Help should change the whole page (just my name).
I tried accessing the Data Merge Manager, but nothing is highlighted.

How would I do this.

Thanks,

Peter

Did you use the Data Merge Manager or Tools | Labels?

The general concept is that BEFORE you tell Word to generate the single
sheet, you format just your name in the example, and then Word should
duplicate that format change when it duplicates the rest of the sheet.
So start over creating a new sheet and try that.

I know Tools | Labels has a Font button but I've never used the DMM to
create a single sheet of the same label.

Hi Dalya

Thanks for responding.

You're right about starting over and creating a new label.
You can't do it with an existing one.
I called mactopia and they said the same thing.
so that's what I'll do.

Thanks again

I have problem with word documents, whenever it type, i have one line normal formatting for font that i use, while the other starting of line change automatically to Heading format, which i can neither change or remove, i want to stop this automatic formatting to the heading and just have it manually to do it whenever i want to chose heading.

I can not cancel this automatic formatting and i end up doing each line separately by coping my normal format to each paragraph, which consumes major time.
Can anyone help with this?????

Hi Yasmine:

The problem is the "Style for following paragraph" setting in the style you
are using. Look this up in the Help.

Go into Format>Style and change it.

For headings, the following paragraph should be Body Text. For Body Text,
the following paragraph should be the same style as the current paragraph.

Cheers
