HOW DO I CHANGE FORM TEX FILE TO EXCEL FILE

i want to conver form text to excel . Each line form the text i want to
seprate from difrent colom

Open the file in Word, then use Edit>Replace to replace ^p with ^t, then
select everything and copy it to the clipboard and then select one cell in
Excel and right click and select Paste.
