How do I change format of all Graphics at once?

Linda

I Have doc with lots of pasted screen prints.
How do I get all of them at once to be left aligned with text wrapping on
right.

Another problem in MSWord 2007: How do I get the caption to stay attached
to the graphic and not stay at one position when I drag the Graphic to
another position.

You can the Select Multiple Objects which will show you all the Objects that
are not InLineWithText (ie floating) in the document that can be selected and
then modified. This icon is in the Drawing category of icons. How you do this
in 2007 I have no idea, but hopefully this will point you in the right
direction. Be aware that the descriptions of the Objects in this dialog box
are not obvious, so take care.

Captions in 2007 can be placed in a Text Box and will be found by any "List
of Figures". But linking the caption box with the figure is troublesome, if
possible in the first place. I tend not to use floating images that have
captions. If I want the image to text wrap then I place the image
(InLineIWithText) and caption in a borderless table cell or two, and use the
table's own wrapping functions to accomplish the desired result, with out
worrying about whether the caption will stay with the image.
Hope this helps
