How do i change from a .pub file to a .doc file

Hi , I am new to Office publisher 2007. I have sent an attachment in an
e-mail as a .pub, but they cannot open it. How can I change the format in
which these documents are saved? Please note, I am not a technology buff.
Plain english please.

You can send as a PDF. Most folks have the Reader. If you don't care about
losing format, you can save as a Word document. Expand the *Files of Type* when
you are ready to save your publication.

There is an add-in that you can download for Office 2007
