How do I change from AM/PM scale to military time in MS Project?

Right now all the start and finish times in my project are shown as AM/PM
(i.e. 3:02 PM), but I want it to show up as 1502 instead (considered
'military time'). Can this be done?

This is a setting on your PC rather than in the application. Try
setting it from the Windows Control Panel.

But that means that anyone else who i send the file to will have to change
the setting on their PC as well to be able to view it that way right?

Thanks for your help BTW

Yes, but I don't understand why their PC isn't set to display the 24
hour clock if that is what they want to work in. The only alternative
conclusion is that they use the 12 hour clock for all applications
except Microsoft Project which I can't understand.

Incidentally the configuration is made on the 'regional settings' tab
from control panel rather than the date/time settings which is a bit
counter intuitive.

Why is this actually so important? I can quite happily work in either
format.
