How do i change from Outlook Express to my E mail address Yahoo.c.

I have an HP Scanner with a E mail Button. When i Scan and Item. and want to
send it as Attachment to my Yahoo E mail. Outlook express Comes up> i do not
use Outlook Express.
How do i change the setting, so that Yahoo becomes my prime E mail
recipient??
