How do I change my default mail message form?

Damn!

One newsreader – BT Openworld, tells me I've posted something v
similar to this, another – Google, says I haven't, so apologies if
you've seen this before, but since I can't see any answers anywhere
I'll try again.

I've managed to create a customised version of the default message
form, but couldn't save it over the existing default, so had to save
it as something else.

I run two machines.

One is my home PC where I run MS Outlook 2000 SP-3 Internet Mail only
and Win 98.

The other is my works PC where we have MS Outlook 2000 Corporate or
Workgroup in an Exchange Server environment and Win 2000 NT.

How do I make my customised mail message form the default on each of
these machines?
