How Do I Change My Email Editor So It is Not Word?

Hi,

Everytime I click on someone's name (to get their email address) a Word
email pops up with the address filled in the "To" line. I don't use Word for
emails. I use another provider and would like to have Word stop doing this
so I can set it up for my other provider's email to appear. Any idea how to
get Word not to do this?
