How do I change "My Name" default name in Print Header Info

I can not change the default name in the Printer Header box. I'm using
Entourage 11.2.1 and Mac OS 10.3.9 on a iMac G4 1 Ghz. I have tried to
create a new card in the Address Book and "Make This My Card" that does
not help. On my Power Mac G4 Dual Mirrored Bay Doors it works and I'm
running the same version of Entourage (11.2.1) and Mac OS (10.3.9).
Any ideas? Thanks.

What *is* showing up as your name? The only other places I think it could be
grabbing that from is the name on the account belonging to the message
you're printing, the name you entered when you personalized Entourage
(viewed at Entourage > About Entourage), or your OS X user account (System
Preferences > Accounts). Do any of these match what is showing up?

The inventory number shows up for the computer that we enter during
installation. On my Power Mac, Entourage has "saved" my name but on
the iMac's it won't save. I have upgraded one iMac to 10.4.4 and that
fixes it but, I can't figure out why it works on my Power Mac G4 and
not on the iMacs, I'm running the same versions of Entourage and OS.

Not absolutely sure, but I think the print header is picked up from the 'me'
contact in the address book.

This contact has a different icon in the contact list:

You can designate a new 'Me' contact by selecting a contact and choosing
'this contact is me' from the 'contact' menu
