how do i change my office english version into romanian?

i have the office 2003 version in english but i need to write a document in
romanian, using the romanian alphabet. how do i add and what do i add to my
office in order to acoomplish this?

Start Button / Control Panel / Regional & Language Options
Click the "Languages" tab (there are 3: Regional Options, Languages &
Advanced"
Click the "details" button under "Text services and input languages"
Click the "Settings" tab (there are 2; Settings & Advanced"
Click the "Add" button under "Installed Services" (Romanian should be a
default installed language)
Using the drop down menu from ""Default input languages" select "Romanian"

Click OK and Apply where neccessary. Open word and begin typing away.
