If the Office disks you have say that they are OEM (only
installed on a new computer) you can't "legally" put them on
a different computer as the license lives and dies with the
original system the OEM software is installed on. Contact
your insurance company to see if the cost of replacement
software is covered. If they are retail disks, you can
just install them and if the internet activation fails, use
the telephone activation and let MS know that the first
computer was stolen. If you do not have the 25 character
key from the CD case, see Carey's link for assistance.

Yes. I do have the disks but the computer that it was
already installed on
is gone. I need to put Office on a new computer.

My computer was stolen. Can I put Office onto a
different computer? How
will the product key requirements hurt me?
