how do I change number format from 3,999.89 to 399989

You cannot format that number in the manner you ask.

Multiply the cell by 100 to get your wish.

Enter 100 in an empty cell.

Copy that cell then select the cells with numbers and paste
special>multiply>esc

Delete cell with 100
