When I initiate an e-mail (in Outlook 2003), there is a defaulted before
paragraph spacing of 6pt, and a 0.2" indent. In successive e-mails (replies
to my initial), the paragraph spacing increases each time, so an e-mail for
example with 8 back and forth replies will be spaced out enough that only 4
or so lines of text will appear on a printed page.
I can't figure out how to change the default to 0 for both. I use Word 2003
as my e-mail editor, but the Normal.dot template in Word has zero as default
for both of these settings.
When I reply to someone else's e-mail (that they initiate), the formatting
is as it should be.
Any assistance is appreciated.
