How do i change picture resolution from 250 dpi to 72 dpi?

Resolution Help, dpi

I need to upload a picturre to a website, it requires that the picture
resolution be no higher than 72 dpi, dimensions not larger than 200 x 200. I
need help in getting the resolution down from 250 dpi to 72 dpi.

I'm afraid Microsoft project, the software which is the subject of this
Newsgroup, will by no means help you.
