How do I change property labels to English?

I have a network diagram that someone created using a Traditional Chinese
version of Visio 2003 and I am using an English version of Visio 2003. When I
open the file they created it shows the standard fields, properties and
reports in Chinese. How do I convert these field labels to English?

There is no good way to do this. The shapes are probably Chinese shapes, so
you would actually have to delete them and replace them with English shapes
from your version.
