How do I change task to active if completed date is 7/11/2893

I imported some task into MS outlook. In outlooks teh tasks got set as
complete with completed date as 7/11/2893. Now it refuses to open the task
and tells me to change the date. but It does not allow me to change the
date. I cannot even open the task. Any ideas?

go back to the source .pst file and open it from within Outlook instead of
importing it. Use File | Open | Outlook Data file.

Thanks for the answer.

I am moving from WimPIM to outlook. WimPIM allows me only one format to
export to which is CSV file. Therefore I do not have a .pst file.

Any other suggestions...

maybe taking it to Excel, first, checking the data type in the date field,
then to Outlook would work better.
