How do I change text size and color in Project web access

I am Dyslexic and I need a green background with slightly larger non red
Arial font.

As I can see Project Web Access tables ignores my Internet Explorer
Accessibility settings. I have tried a style sheet but I’m not up on that
process.

Any pointers would be helpful.
