How do I change the Agent's Size?

I loaded a new agent character, but Word keeps loading it
at full size, close to 3" tall, and I would like to scale
her (yes her) down a bit. I am sure there is a setting
somewhere as other programs that use the same agent
character let me adjust her size.

Tools | Folder Options | View: The very last check box: "Show popup
