How do I change the BCM admin?

H

I have a customer running a BCM DB on an SBS 2003, and I manage whatever
parameters I can with the BCM DB admin tool. Today the customer told me he
wanted to make some changes to the BCM database layout and change a few
fields, but he is notified that only an admin can make the changes. I have
looked at the BCM admin tool, and he is listed as the DB owner, not an Admin.
How do I grant him Admin rights on the DB?

The person that created the database is the DBO (data base owner) and
has full control of the database. I'm not sure what admin means. BCM
itself only has a notion of DBO and shared users. Sql Server will
allow you to grant other permissions to users.
