How do I change the box in visio

I have multiple boxes in a flow chart that I created in Visio 2003. I would
like to select all of them at once and change then to a different type of
box. Is there a way to do that, and if so, can someone please point me in
that direction?

adds a new menu to Visio. One of the new menu items is Shape
Substitute which may do what you want.
