How do I change the bullet color in Microsoft Office 2007

Hi, I am trying to change the bullet color without affecting the text color.
I can not locate a drop down menu for bullets in Office 2007.

Turn on Special Characters ( ¶ ), High-light the ¶ at the end of the bulleted
entry, change the color.
