how do I change the color of clip art?

I would like to modify the color of a graphic in clip art. It is a two-toned
pattern and I would like to modify the color. Is this possible? I'm using
Word and Publisher.
Thanks!

Is it a vector image (.wmf)? In Word, select the picture, in the drawing menu,
ungroup. If it is a bitmap you can change it to one color + white in Publisher,
right-click the image, format object (picture), picture tab, recolor. You can
ungroup a vector in Publisher as well.

Possible? Maybe, maybe not -- it depends greatly on what version of Office
you're using & what the actual ClipArt image file format is. Without any of
those details it's hard to give you a definitive answer. The source of you
message also suggests that you may be using a Windows version of Office, but
you've posted to the group for Office on the Mac. If on a PC look here:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/FlyoutOverview.mspx

Regardless of whether you go there or return here start a NEW message rather
than hijacking a a previous thread & make sure to include *your* exact
version & update levels of Office, OS, etc.
