I have looked everywhere to see where I can change the color of the column
and row that is being highlighted by the cell to make it easy to see what
column and row you are in. Is this something that can be changed or is it a
set color. Although I have noticed that some excel have the color orange but
mine is light blue and I wanted it to be more darker so it's more visible.

Learner, that color is set by what version of Excel you have, you may want
to take a look at Chip's addin here to highlight the column and row you are
in.
